Compromised Accounts: Troubleshooting FAQs

This article will take you through some of the common explanations for mistaking a security breach has occurred, as well as how to secure your account if you believe your account has been compromised.


Why can’t I log in to my account?

You may be unable to login to your account due to forgetting your password, or inputting the wrong credentials. Please check your credentials have been spelled correctly with the right casing. If you are still unable to log in, you can reset your password.


I believe my account has been compromised. How do I secure my account?

You may want to secure your account if you have encountered the following:

  • Receiving an email that your email or password has been changed, when you have not changed it

  • You have received purchase notifications from ZilLearn that you did not make


To secure your account:

  • You can request to have a password reset immediately.

  • Make sure the email address you have registered on ZilLearn with is secure.

  • If you have received notifications for unauthorised purchases, please contact your financial institution and ZilLearn Support.
