This article will walk you through how to select a target job title by searching directly for a specific job title.

To search for a target job title by searching for specific job title

1. Once you have selected search for specific job in Explore new possibilities, select , and all of the job titles related to your search term will appear.

2. On the right side of each job title, you will find skills match and job postings indicators.

1. Skills match indicates the number of skills matched between the skills that you already have, to the skills required for that specific job title.

2. Job postings indicates the unique job positions available for that particular job title that have been posted by employers.

3. Select your chosen target job title.

4. You will now be directed to the skills gap analysis page, where you can add or remove skills for your selected target job. Hover your mouse over a skill:

1. Select to add the selected skill.

2. Select to remove the selected skill.

5. Select Save to complete the process of adding a new target job title.
