How to Change my Account’s Email Address

Changing your Email Address on ZilLearn Learning Network and Creator Studio


Changing your email address via desktop browser:

  1. Select your profile picture on the top right of the page.

  2. Select Settings.


  1. Under General, select Email and a new browser tab will be automatically opened


  1. Select your current email address in the text box field, and the website will prompt you to verify your account.


  1.  Enter your password and select Continue.


  1. Fill in the email field with your updated email address and select Save.


  1. Once you have changed your email address, you will be directed to a verification page.

  2. A 4-digit verification code will be sent to your email address. Fill in the 4-digit code and select Verify.

  1. If your 4-digit verification code has expired, select Resend code on the verification page. A new verification code will be sent to your email address.


Changing your email address via the mobile app (Android, iOS):

  1. Select your profile picture on the top right of the screen.

  2. Select Settings.


  1. Select General, then select Email.


  1. Select your current email address in the text box field, and the app will prompt you to verify your account.

  2. Enter your password and select Continue. 

  3. Fill in the email field with your updated email address and select Save.


  1. Once you have changed your email address, you will be directed to a verification page.

  2. A 4-digit verification code will be sent to your email address. Fill in the 4-digit code and select Verify.

  1. If your 4-digit verification code has expired, select Resend code on the verification page. A new verification code will be sent to your email address.

  1. Select your profile picture on the top right of the page.

  2. Select Settings.

  1. Under ZilLearn Account Info, select Manage Email and a new browser tab will be automatically opened.


  1. Select your current email address in the text box field, and the website will prompt you to verify your account. 


  1.  Enter your password and select Continue.


  1. Fill in the email field with your updated email address and select Save.


  1. Once you have changed your email address, you will be directed to a verification page.
