How to Check Your Course Sales

This article will go over how to check your payout amount and review all your past sales transactions.


Whenever someone purchases your course, you will receive a push and bell notification.


How to see your course sales information


To view information on your course sales:

  1. Select Account Settings.

  2. Under My Earnings & Payout, select Earnings.


Under Earnings, you can see the following information about your course sales:

  • Next Payout: The amount that is available for payout.

  • Pending:The amount earned when your course is purchased, and is held for 45 days before transferring to your Next Payout.

  • Lifetime: The total earnings from all your sales transactions.


The course sales will also be broken down by source into:

  • ZilLearn Web: Purchases made via desktop (only for a-la-carte purchases).

  • Google Play: Purchases made on the app, via the Google Play store  (only for a-la-carte purchases).

  • App Store: Purchases made on the app, via the Apple App store  (only for a-la-carte purchases).

  • Z+ Subscription: Purchases made from ZilLearn Plus subscription. 


Select See all details to see more information, such as:

  • Payout History: Successful transfers of your earnings to your Payoneer account.

  • Sales transactions: All of sales transactions for a-la-carte purchases, including any refunds that were made. 

  • Subscription earnings: Earnings from ZilLearn Plus subscription (note that you will only see any earnings on this tab if you are a ZilLearn Plus partner).
