How to Delete, Archive and Duplicate your Course

After you have published your course, it can be archived at any time. You can also choose to duplicate your course. This article will cover how to archive, unarchive, delete, and duplicate your course.


Important: Please note that once you have archived or deleted your course:


  1. If your course is Free or By Invitation, your learners will not be able to access it.


  1. If your course is Paid, your learners who have purchased this course will still have lifetime access to it.


To archive your course:

  1. Locate your selected course in the Creator Studio, under Active.

  2. Click on the icon at the top-right corner of the thumbnail of the course.

  3. Select Archive.

  4. Your course will be moved to Archives.


To unarchive your course:

  1. Locate your selected course in the Creator Studio, under Archive.

  2. Click on the icon at the top-right corner of the thumbnail of the course.

  3. Select Unarchive.

  4. The unarchived course will be moved to Active.


To delete your course:

  1. Locate your selected course in the Creator Studio, under Drafts.

  2. Click on the icon at the top-right corner of the thumbnail of the course.

  3. Select Delete


Note: Please note that you can only delete Drafts.


Deleted courses can only be recovered within 30 days. Please contact us via ZilLearn Support to request for your content to be recovered.


To duplicate your course:

  1. Locate your selected course in the Creator Studio, under Active or Drafts.

  2. Click on the icon at the top-right corner of the thumbnail of the course.

  3. Select Duplicate
