How to Generate my Certificate of Completion

Once you have completed a course on ZilLearn, you will be able to claim, download and share your certificate of completion. This article will take you through how to do so.


You can generate your Certificate on Completion either upon completing a course, or any time after completing your courses.


Generating your Certificate of Completion upon course completion

  1. Upon completing a course, your progress status should reflect as 100%.

  2. Select the Mark course as complete button that will appear upon completion.



  1. A confirmation message will appear, select Claim certificate.



  1. Fill in your name, and select Claim


Note: Please note that once the certificate of completion has been generated, you will not be able to change the name reflected on the certificate.


  1. Your certificate of completion will now be opened in a new tab (please disable your popup blocker). The following information will be displayed on the certificate of completion:

  • Learner’s name

  • Name of the course completed

  • Date of course completion

  • Unique certificate ID




Generating your Certificate of Completion after course completion

Alternatively, can also generate your certificate of completion at a later time after you have completed the course. To do so:

  1. Go to My Learning by selecting your profile picture located on the top right hand page. 



  1. Go to the Completed tab, and select the course that you wish to generate the certificate of completion for.


Note: Please note that if you have not previously marked your course as complete before, you can find the course under Continue tab instead. 


  1. Mark the course as complete if you have not already done so, and select



  1. Fill in your name, and select Claim



Note: Please note that once the certificate of completion has been generated, you will not be able to change the name reflected on the certificate.
