How to Reset my Password
This article will take you through how to reset your ZilLearn password.
To reset your password
When trying to log in, select Forgot password.
Fill in your account email address, then select Reset password.
A 4-digit verification code will be sent to your email address. Fill in the 4-digit code and select Verify.
If your 4-digit verification code has expired, select Resend code on the verification page. A new verification code will be sent to your email address.
After verifying your account, you will be automatically redirected to a password reset page.
Select Change password to complete your changes.
After you have successfully changed your password, select Log in now. You can now log in with your new password.
If you have not requested to reset your password but have received a new verification code email, and suspect that your account has been compromised, please contact us via ZilLearn Support.
