How to Use SkillsFuture Credit to Offset the Cost of ZilLearn Skills Subscription
This article will take you through everything you need to know about how to use SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) to fully or partially offset the cost of ZilLearn Skills Subscription. Please note this method of payment is only available to Singaporeans.
Read this article to learn more about purchasing ZilLearn Skills Subscription plan with a credit or debit card. If you wish to purchase a course a-la carte, please refer to this article instead.
You will be required to select a subscription plan at the payments page. There are 3 plans available. Please note that you should only purchase the Gold and Platinum subscriptions if you are residing in Singapore as there are in-person events that you can attend.
After choosing a subscription plan, select SkillsFuture Credit, input a campaign code if applicable and select Continue. For more information about campaign codes, please see this article.
After selecting the SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) option, you will be required to fill in your NRIC, full name, contact number, and email address.
This information will be collected and used by ZilLearn for the sole purpose of submitting your SFC claim.
Fill in all the fields and select Continue.
You will then be automatically redirected to the SSG portal where you will submit your SFC claim. Login in with your Singpass, then enter the amount that you wish to offset from the subscription cost.
If you encounter any issues with your SFC account, please refer to the SSG FAQ page or contact SSG Support Centre for more assistance.
If you have offset the cost of ZilLearn Skills Subscription partially using SFC via the SSG website, you will be redirected back to the ZilLearn payment page to pay the remaining balance.
Select Pay remaining balance to complete the payment.

You will be directed to the Checkout page. Please key in your payment details and select Pay.

Upon successful payment, you will see the successful payment page and an invoice will be sent to the email provided to us.
You will have access to your ZilLearn Skills Subscription skills analytics and courses immediately. Courses available as part of ZilLearn Skills Subscription will be indicated with a ZilLearn label on the course thumbnail as shown below.
