Refund Status on ZilLearn: Common Questions

Important: Please note that this article only refers to ZilLearn online courses, and is not applicable to other learning content types.


When will I receive my refund?

ZilLearn Web Platform

Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund request to be processed. You will be notified by ZilLearn via email once the refund process is completed.


iOS ZilLearn App (Apple Pay)

Please allow up to 4 business days for a refund decision email to be sent over.


Android ZilLearn App (Google Pay)

Please allow up to 4 business days for a refund decision email to be sent over. Refunds should also appear in your Google Pay account within 1-3 business days once you have received your email.



Why was my refund request rejected?

Your request for refund may be declined for one or more of the following reasons.


ZilLearn Web Platform

  • The purchase was made more than 30 days ago; and

  • More than 40% of the course has been completed.


Please contact our support team if you require further assistance.


iOS ZilLearn App

  • The purchase was made more than 14 days ago.

What if it has been more than 5 business days and I have not received my refund decision?

My refund has been approved more than 5 business days ago, but I still do not see it in my bank account. Where is my refund?

Once your refund has been approved, it may take up to 5 business days for it to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or location.


If it has been more than 10 business days since the refund was processed by ZilLearn, please contact your bank directly to inquire about the status of the refund. If the bank does not see the refund in their records, please contact our support team.
