Taking a [By Invitation] Course - Learner FAQ
How do I get access to a By Invitation course on ZilLearn?
To access a private course, please ensure that you have received an invite from the course creator.
Where can I find the invitation to a By Invitation course?
If you have been invited by the course creator, there are three places you can find and accept the invite.
Method 1: Email
You will receive an invitation via your email.
Select Go to invite in the email.
If you do not have an account in ZilLearn, you will be prompted to create one to access the course.
Method 2: Push and Bell notifications
You can find an invite in your bell notifications.
Method 3: My Learning
Ensure that you are logged in to ZilLearn account.
Access My Learning via the Learning Network.
Select Invites to view all the courses that you have been invited to.
Why do I no longer have access to a By Invitation course I was taking?
If you no longer have access to a By Invitation course, the course creator may have deleted, archived, or removed your access to it.
Why can’t I find a By Invitation course using the search bar?
By Invitation courses cannot be found using the search bar even if you have been invited by the creator. You can locate your By Invitation courses in My Learning.
I am a ZilLearn Plus subscriber, do I need to get an invitation to access ZilLearn Plus courses?
You do not require course invitations to access any of the ZilLearn Plus courses.
