Are the courses in ZilLearn Skills and ZilLearn Learning Network the same?
The courses available on ZilLearn Skills include courses from the ZilLearn Plus subscription and other sources.
In ZilLearn Skills, you will generate a learning pathway based on your skills gaps. When you take courses in this learning pathway, you will be taking courses from a range of sources such as ZilLearn Plus subscription, SkillsFuture Singapore, Udemy, Coursera. These courses are primarily focused on reskilling and upskilling content.
Who are the course providers?
The courses in ZilLearn Skills are from accredited institutions in Singapore, recognised by SkillsFuture Singapore. They can be either online only, face-to-face, or blended learning courses.
Who do I contact if I have questions on the courses?
Please note that as some of these courses are not hosted on ZilLearn Learning Network, you will need to leave the ZilLearn Skills page to register, make payment, and take the course.
Consequently, should you encounter issues in the process of doing so, you will also need to contact the course provider (and not ZilLearn) for assistance.
If you are facing issues with any of the ZilLearn Plus courses, please contact us via ZilLearn Support.
