Are the skills shown for each job title really in demand?

ZilLearn has partnered with EMSI Burning Glass, an analytics software company that provides real-time data on job growth, skills in demand, and labor market trends, to provide us with the latest skills in demand needed for different job titles in Singapore. The skills tagged to each job title are derived from thousands of job postings in Singapore across different job portals and are regularly updated.

In ZilLearn Skills, only the top 25 skills for each job title are shown to ensure that these are the most relevant skills that employers in Singapore are seeking.

Are the job posting counts accurate and up to date?

We have also collaborated with EMSI Burning Glass to provide us with Singapore job postings count. It is based on regularly updated job postings data, specifically those based in Singapore.

This data has been deduplicated, which means that jobs posted on multiple platforms are only counted once.
