ZilLearn Skills Subscription Payments - FAQ (SkillsFuture Credit)

My SkillsFuture Credit claim was unsuccessful. Why?

The following may be possible reasons why your SFC claim was unsuccessful: 

  • You might not have sufficient SFC Credit.

  • Your SFC claim might have been rejected by SSG.


Will I receive a refund if my SkillsFuture Credit claim was unsuccessful?

If your SFC claim was unsuccessful, you will receive an email containing a credit note attachment to reflect the SFC amount refunded.


If you have made a partial payment with your credit or debit card, the amount that you have paid will also be refunded and reflected in the credit note. 


I have submitted my SFC claim to partially offset the cost of ZilLearn Skills Subscription. Why does my credit card payment show up as an error when I tried to pay the remaining balance?

The following may be possible reasons for encountering a payment error:

  • Incorrect information entered

  • Your payment card is not valid

  • You have exceeded your credit/usage limit


We recommend that you contact your bank directly to resolve the issue.


Please also note that the minimum remaining balance to be paid by credit or debit card is SGD 0.50 and above.


I have submitted my SFC claim to partially offset the cost of ZilLearn Skills Subscription, but I accidentally closed the ZilLearn payment page while trying to pay the remaining balance. What should I do?

You can go to www.payments.zillearn.com to complete your ZilLearn Skills Subscription purchase. 


I have submitted my SFC claim to partially offset the cost of ZilLearn Skills Subscription. Is there a time limit for me to pay the remaining balance? 

Please note that if you do not complete your payment within 24 hours, the amount you have paid via SFC will be refunded and you will need to purchase your ZilLearn Skills  Subscription again.
