For By Invitation courses, you can organise learners into groups to make it easier to monitor their activity. This article will take you through how to create a new learner group after your course has been published. Please note you can only create Learner Groups for By Invitation courses.

To create a new learner group:

1. Locate your course in Creator Studio, under Active. 

2. Under Groups, select + Create.

1. Key in the name of the group.

2. Key in the email address of the learners you wish to add and select Enter on your keyboard after each email.

3. Select + Add Followers to add your channel followers to your course.

4. When you have added all the learners to the group, select Create.

1. Locate your course in your Creator Studio, under Active. 

2. Under Groups, select Add my groups.

3. Select the learner group you want to give access to.

4. Select Add.

Your learners will receive email, push and bell notifications upon invitation.
