This article will take you through the process of customizing your course’s certificate. You can choose to customize your course’s certificate by uploading own logos to be displayed within the certificate. 

Uploading logo images to your certificate

1. Once you are ready to publish or republish your course, you will be directed to the publishing page as shown below. Select Next after you have selected your Channel Category. For more information about how to publish your course, please refer to this FAQ page. 

2. Select Customize certificate to customize your certificate. If you do not wish to customize your certificate, you can select Next and the default certificate template will be used for the course.

3. In the Certificate Editor page, you can upload up to 2 logo images. To upload the first image, select Upload Image button located on the top right bottom corner. 

4. Once the first image is uploaded, you will be able to upload a second image by selecting the second Upload Image button. Note that the second Upload Image button will be disabled if you have not uploaded the first image. 

5. Once you have uploaded the image(s), select Save on the top right hand corner to save the certificate draft.

6. You will then be redirected back to the Publishing page, and the certificate preview will be shown. Note that you will need to finish publishing/republishing the course to publish the certificate. 

Replacing image on your certificate

1. If you wish to replace an image on your certificate, hover over to the image that you wish to replace and select Replace Image.

2. After you have replaced your image(s), select Save on the top right hand corner to save your certificate draft. Note that you will need to finish publishing/republishing the course to publish the certificate. 

Deleting image on your certificate

1. If you wish to delete an image on your certificate, hover over to the image that you wish to delete and select the icon. 

2. After you have deleted your image(s), select Save on the top right hand corner to save your certificate draft. Note that you will need to finish publishing/republishing the course to publish the certificate. 

Can I choose to publish a course without giving certificate of completion?

Our platform will generate a certificate of completion to learners once they have completed a course. If you do not wish to customize your certificate, a default certificate template will be used instead (refer to image below).

Can I still change my certificate’s logo image if I have previously published a customized certificate?

Yes, you will be able to change your certificate’s logo image. However, note that only learners who have not generated the previous certificate will be able to see the new certificate.
