How to Request for a Refund on ZilLearn


Important: Please note that this article only refers to ZilLearn online courses, and is not applicable to other learning content types.


For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with a course on ZilLearn, you can request a refund, provided the request meets the requirements in our refund policy. This article will take you through how to request for a refund on ZilLearn.


Note: Most refunds are returned via the original payment method.


For purchases of online courses via ZilLearn Web Platform

  1. Select Account Settings.

  2. Select Purchases.

  3. Select the transaction you would like refunded.

  4. Select , then select Request Refund.



  1. Your refund status will now be displayed, as shown in the image below.



Please allow up to 3 business days for your request to be processed. You will be notified via email once the refund process is completed.


For purchases of online courses via ZilLearn App

In-app payments are processed through your app store, and not ZilLearn. For more information how to request for a  refund for in-app purchases:
