If you have made a purchase via:
ZilLearn Web Platform: You can request for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
iOS ZilLearn App: You can request for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Android ZilLearn App: You can request for a refund within 2 days of purchase.
When will I not be eligible for refund for an online course
Your request for refund may be declined for one or more of the following reasons.
ZilLearn Web Platform
The purchase was made more than 30 days ago; and
More than 40% of the course has been completed.

The purchase was made more than 14 days ago.
More than 40% of the course has been completed.
