ZilLearn’s Refund Policy FAQ

Important: Please note that this article only refers to ZilLearn online courses, and is not applicable to other learning content types.


For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with a ZilLearn online course, you can request a refund, provided the request meets the requirements in our refund policy. This article will take you through when you can request a refund, and reasons your request may be declined.


When can I request for a refund for an online course

If you have made a purchase via:

  • ZilLearn Web Platform: You can request for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

  • iOS ZilLearn App: You can request for a refund within 14 days of purchase.

  • Android ZilLearn App: You can request for a refund within 2 days of purchase.


When will I not be eligible for refund for an online course

Your request for refund may be declined for one or more of the following reasons.


ZilLearn Web Platform

  • The purchase was made more than 30 days ago; and

  • More than 40% of the course has been completed.


Please contact our support team if you require further assistance.


iOS ZilLearn App

  • The purchase was made more than 14 days ago.

  • More than 40% of the course has been completed.
