Once you have logged in to your account and are viewing the Learning Network, you can begin creating your course! This article outlines how to navigate the Creator Studio to create a course, as well as locate courses you have drafted, published, or archived.
Locating the Creator Studio
Go to www.zillearn.com.
Select your profile on the top right page, and select Creator Studio.
This will take you to the Creator Studio.
Navigating the Creator Studio
The Creator Studio is where you can find all the courses you have created, as well as information about the learners in each course
On the left panel, you will see the following:
: Select this to create a new course
Active: Select this to view all courses you have published
Drafts: Select this to view all your course drafts
Archive: Selected this to view all previously published courses that you have archived
Select to begin creating your course, and you will see the three different types of courses for you to choose.
Navigating the Course Creation Interface
There are three different types of courses that you can create in the Studio:
Online Courses:
Courses that contain digital content only, for learners to learn at their own pace any time.
Onsite Courses:
Courses that are conducted physically by a trainer or instructor.
Webinars:
Courses that are conducted live online by a trainer or instructor.
Once you select + to create a new course, regardless of the course type, you will be redirected to the course creation interface. There are three key sections you will see:
Left Panel: This is where you can browse templates and layouts, as well as upload files to your course.
Main Workspace: This is where you can edit the content of your course, and add your uploaded files, such as text, images, videos, audio files, and attachments.
Right Panel: This is where you can add details, activity pages and lessons to your courses depending on your course type.
