Help! I am accessing ZilLearn via the SHRA e-Learning Platform shortcut in the Senheng app, but I am unable to start learning a ZilLearn course for free.

1. If you are trying to learn a free course that is not under the ZilLearn Plus subscription, you should be able to start learning the course immediately by selecting Start.

2. If you have a ZilLearn Plus trial or full subscription, you should be able to start learning the course immediately by selecting Start.
