ZilLearn Skills Subscription Payments - General FAQ

Will I get access to all paid courses in ZilLearn if I purchase ZilLearn Skills Subscription?

You will only be able to access courses that are included in ZilLearn Skills Subscription. These courses will have the ZilLearn label indicated in the course thumbnail, as shown below: 




Can I get a refund for my ZilLearn Skills Subscription purchase?

Please note that refunds are not available for any ZilLearn Skills Subscription plans. You will have access to your purchase until the end of your subscription period. 



Will my ZilLearn Skills Subscription plan be renewed automatically?

Your ZilLearn Skills Subscription plan will not be automatically renewed. However, an email reminder will be sent prior to the end of your subscription period advising you on how to renew your plan. 



How can I check the validity period of my ZilLearn Skills Subscription?

To check the validity period of your ZilLearn Skills Subscription:

  1. Select your profile picture on the top right of the page.

  2. Select Settings.


  1. Select Subscription Plan.Your ZilLearn Skills subscription status, start date, and end date will be displayed on the screen. 



Can I purchase ZilLearn Skills Subscription from the app?

Currently, you will only be able to purchase ZilLearn Skills Subscription via a desktop or mobile browser. However, you can access ZilLearn Skills Subscription courses from the ZilLearn app after you have purchased a subscription plan. 



If my subscription lapses, can I continue to access courses that I have started or completed?

You can only access courses included in the subscription if you have an active ZilLearn Skills Subscription plan. 


If your subscription lapses, you will not be able to access your courses, but your learning progress will be saved and you can resume learning once you have re-subscribed. You  will still continue to have access to your certificates of completion for courses that you have completed.



I have completed payment, but I am not able to access my ZilLearn Skills Subscription content. What should I do?

Please contact us by submitting a ticket here. Kindly include the following information when you are submitting your ticket:

  • Date of purchase

  • Invoice number

  • Payment method
