How to Set up Your Lessons
This article will walk you through how you can add, delete, and re-organise lessons in your course. It will also give you more information on how you can organise your content into different lessons.
To add lessons:
Select Organise at the top of the right panel.
Select Add Lesson.
Fill in the lesson title.
All the content will automatically be parked under the first lesson that you created.
You can add more lessons by selecting Add Lesson button.
After you’re done, you can click on the X button on the top left to close the page. All the changes will be saved automatically.
The lessons that you have created will be reflected on the right panel.
Select Organise at the top of the right panel.
Hover over the lesson that you wish to delete, and the icon will appear.
Select .
Select Delete when you see a pop-up confirmation.
Please note that if you wish to delete a lesson, all of the content in that particular lesson will also be deleted.
To reorganise lessons:
Select Organise at the top of the right panel.
Hover over the lesson you wish to organise, and the icon will appear.
Select to move the lesson up, and select to move the lesson down.
Managing your content in lessons:
In addition to setting up your lessons, you will also be able to add, delete, and reorganise content within lessons.
To add content:
Select the + icon on the lesson that you wish to add more content.
Select the type of content you wish to add (Activity, Quiz, or Open Response).
To duplicate or delete content:
Hover over the content you wish to edit in the right panel and … will appear.
Select … .
Select Duplicate or Delete.
To reorganise content within a lesson:
Select Organise at the top of the right panel.
Select the up or down arrow on the content that you wish to move up or down.
To move content to another lesson:
You will be able to move your content from one lesson to another.
Select Organise at the top of the right panel.
If the content is located at the top of the lesson, selecting the icon will move the content to the previous lesson.
If the content is located at the bottom of the lesson, selecting the icon will move the content to the next lesson.
